Bream Creek Farmers Market Cookbook
This book is a case of creativity blooming from the ashes. Following the devastating Dunalley bush fires, three local Mums were looking for a way to help re-build of the Dunalley community and school and raise the spirits of locals. Already involved in the highly successful Bream Creek Farmers Market, a photographer, a teacher and a chef bought the community together to produce this cook book. It is over 200 pages and 70 recipes from the Tasman Peninsula region. The recipes come from Bream Creek stall holders, as well as favourite recipes from the community. The book has been professionally photographed by Alice Bennett with local chef Eloise Emmett creating new and interesting recipes from the region. Katharine Burke has collected gardening tips so you can begin to grow the produce used in the recipes. The proceeds all go to enhancing the market and raising funds for the Dunalley School Association. All in all a must have edition to any cook book collection!
