Frank’s Cider House & Café is a family-run business in the historic town of Franklin, 35 minutes south of Hobart. It is the cellar door for Frank’s multi-award-winning sparkling ciders. The 1870s former church hall is now a cosy café which serves country-style Huon Valley cuisine. The menu complements the crisp, fruity ciders, created from 100% Tasmanian apples, pears, cherries and raspberries. Wander into the museum room and discover the history of the Apple Isle’s fruit-growing past while you enjoy a Frank’s!
