This 300-hectare family farm is three kilometres west of Hamilton, near Mount
Field National Park and the terrific fishing locations of the Highland Lakes. Bring
your fishing rods, boats and bikes! You’ll see some of the farm’s 3000 sheep, opium poppies used for medicine, cabbages, onions and cereals for seed production. For the keen photographer there are conservation forest areas and beautiful vistas. If you’re after the genuine experience, book a tour for an insight into the workings of a genuine Tasmanian farm – you’ll see sheep shearing and
working dog demonstrations, and learn about the forest and crops.
