In Italian, Osare (pronounced o’ za-ray) means ‘to dare’. Dare is both the name of founder Pat's son and his maternal grandfather’s middle name. 

Osare produces liquori, alcoholic drinks with natural flavours obtained through infusion, not to be confused with overly sweet liqueurs. The most famous is Limoncello – Amaro for those in the know – plus there are other seasonal releases.

The liquori are hand made with a simple process, so that every bottle can be shared with food, family and friends to bring back fond memories or make new ones.
