After holidaying in Tasmania, Tara and Scott Seymour fell in love with the majestic north-west coast. They’d soon packed up their lives in Central Victoria and moved the family across Bass Strait. Spotting a for-lease sign on an empty old building by the beach, they were struck with inspiration.

Penguin Beer Co. is a modern taphouse and diner, far removed from the traditional industrial brewery offering. With its elegant touches and beautiful styling, this bright and welcoming space has fast become a haven for locals and tourists alike.
