Pigeon Whole Bakers opened in Hobart in 2011 with a simple goal of baking fresh sourdough bread daily. Built from a single loaf, the bakery quickly became known for its devotion to bread, and is now an independent business of over 60 employees across three sites, supplying wholesale and retail customers all over the island on a daily basis.
