The Shack
The Shack is an earthy, rustic cabin made from reclaimed timbers and hand-dropped bush poles. King Billy pine French doors open onto a deck with stunning views across the channel. 

It’s well known for its outdoor clawfoot bath, where the only passer-by might be a gliding eagle, a swift parrot, or even a 40-spotted pardalote, whose home is amongst the estate’s peppermint forests. 

This cosy off-grid retreat has a king-size bed and a roaring wood heater – but we recommend heading outdoors and following the trails from bush to beach.  
 
The Hide
The luxe big brother to the shack. This intimate escape has sweeping views of the bay, visible from the linen-clad bed and the clawfoot bath. Surrounded by nature, this lush retreat invites a slower pace. A safe haven to settle into while you watch the show that nature puts on just for you.
 
Beachcomb for seahorse skeletons, cast a line, watch the local wallabies, possums and quolls, or forage in the veggie garden. With a cosy wood heater and an outdoor shower to bathe beneath the stars, The Hide is all about simple living and slipping into the rhythms of Bruny Island.
