The long dinner starts with miso soup with dashi stock made from scratch with kelp and bonito. Be sure to try the yaki onigiri – a chargrilled rice ball made with bonito flakes and sesame seed. Or go for the 3J Treasures, a collection of three signature dishes including dengaku eggplant, karaage chicken and sweet miso pork belly using Marion Bay free range chicken and Scottsdale free range pork. The matcha green tea ice cream is a cool, creamy note to finish on. The omakase (chef’s menu) is available on booking and Three Japanese also offers takeaway and UberEats.
