Villino is a Tasmanian specialty coffee roaster and retailer dedicated to sourcing and supplying quality coffee and brewing good times. They roast all of their coffee fresh daily at their roastery in Moonah, and operate three venues across Hobart: Villino Coffee, Ecru, and Wondr.
The original venue opened in 2007, nestled on beautiful Criterion Street in the Hobart CBD. Settle in for a brew in this cosy café space, serving all of the classics, plus high-end single origin offerings, pour-overs, and simple delicious food. You’ll also find an extensive selection of their own retail coffee beans, plus a range of specialty brew gear to help you get your caffeine fix at home. If you’re on Criterion street and looking for a quick takeaway, you can also visit Villino’s little hole-in-the-wall sibling, Ecru, and enjoy the laneway vibes. Want to see where the roasting magic happens? Don’t miss a visit to production roastery and cellar door, Wondr, in Moonah, just 10 minutes north of Hobart. Villino’s newest café space, Wondr leans into a more industrial look, with sleek concrete, steel, and expansive glass windows looking through into the roastery space.
