Situated on a picturesque farm just 15 minutes from Hobart Airport on the highway to Port Arthur, Nonesuch Distillery produces premium distilled spirits and liqueurs. Every product is the result of attention to detail, craftsmanship and determination to create amazing flavour profiles that are unique and memorable.
Visitors are welcome and will enjoy a real craft distillery experience. However, as this is a small family-operated working distillery, it’s a good idea to call ahead to arrange your visit. Then they can make sure you’ll be given the time to make your visit both enjoyable and informative.
You’ll learn about the process for producing their remarkable Sloe Gin and the unique Sloe Malt (both produced using the fruit of the Blackthorn that was brought to Tasmania by early colonial settlers) and might even get to be involved in a gin or whisky distillation if your timing is right.
